I would like to request a room with a sea view at a lowest possible rate and also I need a family room for 5 with 2 bedrooms plus a small living room.

Dear Customer Service Manager

on November 25, 2010 I saw that the weight measurement, ABC from The Mall, the weight measured was covered safety and the price of the product is about 998฿

When I got home I saw that the weight needle was not working like when I used it the needle kept pointing on 0 number and when I tried to fix it, it was still not working.

I will be appreciate it if this problem could be solved as soon as possible. It would be nice, if you provide a new weight measurement with lower price and complete one. If you require any additional information please contact me at (085)-570-2345

 On November 22, 2010 I really needed the toilet and i quickly entered the girl's toilet on second floor. Sadly the toilet was full and also the girl's toilet on third floor. So I and other 3 people have to comeback to the classroom without using the toilet.

 i found that this event happens  often when students are using the toilet as their changing room for their P.E classes. Therefore other students who need toilet could not use the toilet, and have to go to the toilet during class times.

It would be better if you could provide more toilets or make changing rooms for P.E students in the new building. I would like the problem to be solved by January 31, 2011. If you need any additional information please contact me at 081-234-5678.

Dear Customer Service Manager

On October 1, 2004 I purchased a computer model A17 from big name store, in the amount of 2500 baht to be charged to my VISA card. I have enclosed copies of my receipt, guarantee card and credit statement.

Upon receiving my statement, I see that this charge was entered into my account twice. I have highlighted both charges on the statement copy. And I found that my CPU was broken so I want the new product to be sent to my house.
